Welcome to the Patient Portal!

 There are several benefits to using the portal and you MUST have an account set up prior to or at your child's initial visit with us. Benefits include the following:

• The patient portal home page displays the most important information about your child.
• It provides a schedule that reminds you of your child's upcoming appointments.
• You have the ability to re-schedule an existing appointment without having to call us if you so choose.
• It gives the ability to send messages back and forth between your child's therapist (s).
• It provides a billing summary for any outstanding balances and allows you to make a payment using the Billing / Bill Pay page to pay any of those balances. 

There are two options to access and register for the Patient Portal:

1. Registering in our office during your child's initial visit or,
2. Following the instructions on the email invitation that will be sent out to you. This option is preferred because AthenaNet will recognize your child's information that has already been provided, who their provider is, and what department your child is registered in.

When you receive an email invitation from our clinic, open it, and click Register Now:

• The first factor of authentication is the email itself.
• The second factor is the call or text message that you receives to confirm your identity.
• Your identity is then confirmed when you respond to a message that the Patient Portal sends to the corresponding device that you used initially.

Once registered for the portal, you can access it by using the portal link at the bottom of this page or by adding the URL to your favorites on your browser.

In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), patients under the age of 13 cannot create self-registered Patient Portal accounts, and we cannot register or invite new Patient Portal users under the age of 13. Existing users under the age of 13 cannot access the Patient Portal using their previous credentials and are instructed to set up family access.

For patients under 13 years old, we recommend that you set up a family access account for a parent or other caregiver to access the patient's health and billing information through the Patient Portal.
